The RSOF Thread: Bumping our thread on the official forums, located at QFC: 288-289-152-63509304 is a fantastic way to get new recruits to the clan.
Placing Your Vexillium: Place your clan vexillium is frequently visited places, such as Edgeville or the Grand Exchange, or any place you skill (provided there are people). Be sure to have your private chat "on", so if anybody wants to join, you can get them recruited. This is another great way to get new recruits.
Recruiting Your Friends: This is very easily put; just ask your friends if they have a clan, and if they do not, ask if they meet the clan requirements. If they meet the requirements, invite them to the clan!
Recruiting Fellow Skillers: This is another easily put one; just ask anybody you are skilling with if they have a clan, and if they do not, ask if they meet the clan requirements.
Recruiting Events: Go with a friend on worlds 86 or 114 and have one person advertising the clan chat, and have another person walk behind people and ask if they want to be recruited. If they do not have a combat level of 115, be sure that they have a total level of 1700.
